For its full aromatherapy benefits, apply directly to the skin: on pulse points, neck, wrists, inner elbow, inner knees, and soles of the feet.      

For topical use, dilute in a moisturizing oil and use for gentle full-body massages before sleep. As an anti-aging active, it can be diluted in a highly moisturizing oil such as rosehip, sesame, avocado, or almond oil. Use instead of day or night cream; creams can also be enriched by adding a few drops of essential oil to them.                           

It is also recommended for use in a diffuser to harmonize spaces; dilute in a little 96% alcohol and put in a spray bottle to atomize.
