Are your products completely natural?
We use a high proportion of natural ingredients and carefully select each raw material for its safety, efficacy, and performance. In some cases, we incorporate synthetic ingredients when they represent a more stable, safe, or sustainable option.
Since they are handmade, can they vary?
Yes. The color, aroma, or appearance may show slight variations between batches. These differences are inherent to natural ingredients and the artisanal process, without affecting the quality of the product.
Do you test on animals?
No. Our products are not tested on animals.

How should I store my products?
Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, to preserve their properties.
What is the shelf life of the products?
It depends on each formulation. In general, we recommend using them within 12 months after opening to enjoy all their properties.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated to be gentle on the skin; however, everyone is different. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Some products contain essential oils. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your doctor before using them.
How do I get the best performance from my candle?
On the first lighting, allow the surface to melt completely. Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm for an even burn.
Are the candles made with natural waxes?
Yes. We make our candles with carefully selected blends of plant-based waxes to offer a clean burn and excellent fragrance diffusion.
Do you ship all over Mexico?
Yes. We ship throughout the Mexican Republic.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping company. Generally, orders are delivered between 2 and 7 business days after being shipped.
When is my order processed?
Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. As these are handmade products, some items may require additional production time.

Can I return a product?
We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or if there is an error in the shipment. It is important to contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving your order.
What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
Write to us with photos of the packaging and the product. We will review your case and find the best solution.
